NAKET Coder Revolution: Bleeding Heart Liberal edition
also known as NAKET Coder Revolution for StepMania 4.
------------------------------------------------------

So yes, here we go again. NAKET Coder Revolution returns
to the scene with a vengeance.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
History//
The theme was officially announced on May 3rd, 2007.
Work began shortly after, and some screens only took an hour
or two to port, according to Anonymous Zig. Everything was
mainly about positioning.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

New in 20080104//

To be honest, I wasn't going to actually change anything,
but with the new year, I decided to work on a few things,
since this theme is going to be used somewhere else... :)

Mainly this means Course Modes have gotten a facelift.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
New in 20071109//
This is mainly a Service Release for compatibility with the
newest SM4CVS release. It only changes the Step Distribution
Graph to use the new values.
p.s. This theme is now compatible with those Echodance leaks
that the Underground released.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

New in 20071007//

* New user preference for skipping ScreenStage.
Since nobody on the team can figure out why ScreenStage
takes forever to load, we've included a preference so
that you can skip ScreenStage entirely.
Check the Scripts directory for 00usersettings.lua
and set IPlaySMO accordingly.

* Minor tweaks, including:
	- Moving the score on eval out of the way of non AA
	and up grades.
	- Changing the orientation of the MusicWheel text for
	Roulette and Section text so that they all fit on the
	wheel instead of overlapping.
	- Making the Step Distribution Graph only show for
	active players. Synikal was in a rush when he coded
	that.
	- Changed layer order of some elements in the credits.
	- Changed style of Combo and Miss labels to match new
	judgment text.

New in 20070901//

* Notification of not being in Event Mode.
Seiously, if you see this, turn it on.

* Step Distribution Graph
Coded by Synikal of F.A.Y.B.A.N. fame, you can now get a
visual idea of your steps. He wasn't able to get them
vertically or horizontally stacked, but that's alright.
Can't blame him for doing it like this, now can I?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Changes//
Not much was changed in the port over.
* The Wingdings judgments are not the default in NCR:BHL.
This is by design. If you want the old judgments back,
switch your language to NCR. Alternatively, if you like
in the groove or want to see what Mungo Dance's judgments
were like, you can use those as well.
* Due to the change in scrollers, a new function had to be
made for ScreenIntro. This also effected ScreenStage.
* ScreenStage was also changed because positioning the
song title using SCREEN_* was a pain in the ass.
* The _shared background was changed to have a widescreen
base and "new" scrolling layer ("new" because it shipped
with NCR 3.9, just wasn't used).
* As per _shared background changing, the fallbacks
changed as well.
* Implementation of a few items was done differently due
to what StepMania 4 offers. grades 2x9.png is much shorter
than its 3.9 counterpart.
* Eval was redesigned because people didn't seem to like it.
I doubt they'll like this one either, but hey, it was worth
a shot.
* Remember back in YAKET when I wanted to be able to let
people change their Toasty? You can finally do that.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Warning//
ScreenSelectCourse is basically munged. This is about the
same state of affairs that I left EXECUTION+1 for 3.9 in,
so yeah. Course play is operational, just not really
customized.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Toasty//
As mentioned above, Toasty is now customizable. Go into
Scripts/Toasty.lua and follow the instructions.
